PORTSMOUTH, Ohio, Nov. 11. (AP)-- Lucasville magistrate Z. T. Fugitt may not be violently opposed to drinking.
But he didn't like the idea of 32-year-old Marie Kelburn giving wine to John Snyder, 30.
Snyder was in jail for drunken driving at the time. Now Marie's there, too. Fugitt sentenced her to 11 months and 29 days and fined her $100.
