Fleming Will Appear

PORTSMOUTH, March 15.- Grover Fleming, editor of the Ohio Examiner, through his attorney, has notified municipal court here that he will appear Thursday afternoon to answer a charge of criminal libel filed by Mrs. Maurcie J. Caldwell, wife of the former sheriff. Mrs. Caldwell charges that an article in the Examiner libeled her.
