Fugitive Arrested as he Steps From Train

CIRCLEVILLE, O., April 2 - (AP) - Sought since he escaped from the Lebanon prison farm Feb. 10, Oakley Earl Wyatt, 34, of Portsmouth, was arrested yesterday as he alighted from a freight train.  He was serving a one to 15 year term for burglary.
