PORTSMOUTH, O. - Rocky Howard won a common pleas court jury's verdict of acquittal today in the death of Fred Marsh of Jasper, killed by a brick at Lucasville Nov. 11, 1936. The jury deliberated a first degree murder charge two and a half hours.
