CHARGED WITH DEATH

PORTSMOUTH, April 8-(AP)-A manslaughter charge was filed here yesterday against Virginia Queen, 19-year-old evangelist, whose automobile struck and killed LeRoy Russell, 18, last Saturday. The young woman is in Florida, police said.
