Notice is hereby given, that Barbara Ann Musser has filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court of said County, her petition, praying to be divorced from her husband, charging Adultery as the cause--Which said petition will be set for hearing at the next term of said court, to be holden at Canton in said county, on the 9th day of October, 1835

Notice is hereby given to Joseph Musser, that the deposition of John and others will be taken at the office of Ezra Osborn, in the town of Portsmouth, Scioto County, State of Ohio, before competent authority on the first day of September 1835, between the hours of nine o'clock a.m. and six o'clock p.m. of said day, to be used on the hearing of the above petition.
