Allen Day Arrested on a Paternity Charge

PORTSMOUTH, O., Oct. 13.

Allen Day, township trustee of Decatur township, Lawrence county, has been arrested on a paternity charge preferred by Elizabeth Johnson, an inmate of the Scioto County infirmary, and who has been a helpless paralytic for three years.
