James Holt Chokes Wife

Portsmouth - Because his wife failed to provide any "dip" for his apple dumplings on a day when he was especially tired and hungry, James Holt, of Otway, a few days ago knocked her to the floor and choked her into insensibility. She brought suit for divorce and testified that her husband had in 12 years bought her but one pair of stockings. The case was continued.
