George Wilhelm Scholarship

The Hon. George W. Wilhelm has had placed at his disposal a scholarship at the Portsmouth Ohio Military academy. Board given free with the scholarship, the other expenses for the scholastic year footing up $115. The expenses of a cadet without an appointment are $400. No appointment has yet been made. The Independent can furnish information on this matter.
