In Senate - December 11
The speaker laid before the senate the report of the Quartermaster General, which was read. He reports that he has procured 20 cannon, 4182 pistols, and 2091 Cavalry sabres--which are deposited at Steubenville, Portsmouth, and Cincinnati, for distribution to the several brigades.
