Plot at Portsmouth, Ohio

Portsmouth, O, April 12 -

A plot to blow up several buildings here was unearthed this afternoon.  Dan Malicos aged (unreadable) an Austrian is being held by federal authorities.  Three men testified that Malicos offered them $110 each to dynamite certain buildings.  Mayor Caps has ordered a guard placed around the city's new half million dollar water works.
