Bomb Hurled at a House

          Portsmouth, O., March 30 -- A bomb was thrown against the house of William Webb of Harrison Furnace, O., and the house was badly shattered, boors burst open and all the windows blown out.  The bomb fell short and the inmates of the house escaped injury.  Webb fired several shots at two men, who ran, but failed to hit either.  Webb has had trouble in the neighboorhood.
