Operators of Stills, Police in Gun Battle

 Portsmouth, Aug. 31- (AP) - The week-end in the Green-tp moonshiners section was marked by a battle between operators of four stills and Constables Robert Hughes and Wells Ketter, of Wheelersburg.  The officers drover off the moonshiners with pistol fire, but before leaving the illicit distillers destroyed three stills.  The constables destroyed another.
