PORTSMOUTH, March 14. - After officers had broken up a cock fight at which several prominent Portsmouth and Ironton business men were said to have been spectators. Emil Reichendollar, owner of the clubhouse at which the event was held. Paid an amusement tax on the fight had been collected by the officers arrested five other men and seized fighting cocks valued at $2000.
