Gun victim in hospital; police holding suspect
  Portsmouth, O., May 14-- (AP)-- With shotgun pellets in his abdomen and right hand, George Flagg, 39, was in hospital today while police held Cleve Bryant, 45, on a charge of shooting him.  They had had trouble before officers said.
