Stock Raisers Elect

PORTSMOUTH, Feb. 7. - Posses today were searching for Joseph Locke, 45, who shot and wounded his 18 year old wife, then shot his mother-in-law. The shooting occurred late yesterday and Locke escaped into the surrounding hills. Police said Locke had been estranged from his wife and shot her and her mother when his attempt at reconciliation failed.
