McFarland, Wertz, Dice

The Honorable Dan McFarland, Charles Wertz, and John Dice, principal owners of lands in the Scioto Bottoms, near Portsmouth, have refunded the rental money to all their tenants whose crops were destryoed by the late floods.  Other land owners will follow suit.  It ranged from $18 to $20 per acre.
