Ohio State Federation of Labor Holds Meeting in Portsmouth

Portsmouth, Oct. 17 - Just before the adjournment of the 30th annual convention of the Ohio state federation of Labor here today Youngstown was selected as the next place of meeting. All the old officers were re-elected. Thomas Donnelly, of Cincinnati, was elected permanent secretary-treasurer and will act as legislative agent at a salary of $1,800 a year.
