Portsmouth, O., Dec. 8--(AP)-- You've heard of the French bartender who innocently cashed American cigar coupons on the assumption they were money, Well, John Denning, grocer, isn't boasting about the fact he cashed into hard silver some children's "play money." A suspect was held for a treasury department agent.
