Portsmouth Sunday Picture Owners Arrested Again

Portsmouth, O -The battle to close motion picture theatres here on Sundays was continued yesterday with the arrest for the fourth successive time of Francis McDonald and Robert Risley, managers of three theatres. They were released under $100 bonds for appearance today. Although the managers have been arrested the last four Sundays, their shows have continued to operate. The city is divided over the issue and no one seems to be able to foretell what the outcome will be.
