William Ferrell

William Ferell, a painter, living at Huntington, W. Va., was found in an O. & M. box car at Portsmouth with a cracked skull. He said he was beating his way home from Columbus and at Piketon a gang of tramps boarded the car, assaulted him, and robbed him of his watch and some money.
