Woman Dies of Stab Wound In Side; 2 Jailed

Cincinnati, O., Dec. 13- With a stab wound in her right side, a woman identified by police as Mrs. Effie Craft, 20, was found on a sidewalk in downtown Cincinnati early today. She died shortly after being removed to a hospital.
Police also reported they found a knife with a four inch blade, near the victim.
Witnesses told the officers they saw a man chasing the woman across the street.
A man and a woman were picked up after the questioning.
Mrs. Craft formerly resided in Portsmouth, police were told.
Those held were Frank Bolin, poultry firm employee, and Mary Cash, 34. Bolin, according to Police Sergeant Ford, was seen with Mrs. Craft a few minutes before she was found dying.
Miss Cash is held as a witness, ford reported.
