Farmer Charged With Murder

Portsmouth, O., Jan. 31 - Jesse Nichols, farmer is under arrest here pending a further investigation of the murder of Oliver and Omer Piatt, wealthy farmers who lived near Nichols' home the night of Dec. 23.
