Judge Schneider ordered a pre-sentence probation report Tuesday on Russell L. Guy, 18, of Cincinnati after convicting Guy of second degree manslaughter in the death of a Wheelersburg man.

Simon W. Lang, 47, was killed and four members of his family were hurt when Guy's car struck theirs last September 30.
