Portsmouth Paper to be Printed in Chillicothe

PORTSMOUTH, O., Jan. 23 --(AP)--The Portsmouth Times, forced from its plant here by the Ohio river flodd, will be published Monday in Chillicothe.
The publishers said tonight that the newspaper would be issued from the Chillicothe Scioto-Gazette plant and that Portsmouth news would be obtained over a private telephone line.
