W. M. Miller Purchases Portsmouth Blade

W.M. Miller has purchased the Portsmouth, Ohio, Blade and assumed charge as editor and publisher, Mr. Miller is rated as one of the active newspaper men of ability and newspaper sense in Ohio, former publisher of the Zanesville Times-Recorder and Springfield Times. The city of Portsmouth and the Republicans of Scioto county are to be congratulated. With ordinary encouragement from the business people he will make good with a newspaper which the public will be delighted to support.
