COLUMBUS, O., Feb. 22 (AP)
--Fred Fletcher, of Toledo, and Conrad Roth, of Portsmouth, today were reappointed to the state conservation council by Governor George White. Their terms expired Feb. 1, last. They will serve for two more years.
