Festus Walters Nominated for Judge

Portsmouth, O., April 10 - Festus Walters was nominated for judge of the Fourth judicial district by the convention held this city. Sixty-one ballots were taken., the last giving Walters 91 votes to 17 for Hiram L. Sibley, the present judge of the circuit. The nomination was then made unanimous.
