Blair Busy at Portsmouth

Portsmouth, O., April 25- Eleven Scioto county citizens who pleaded guilty to selling their votes were disfranchised for five years by Judge Blair. Fines of $25 and cots each and six months in the workhouse were given, but the workhouse sentences were suspended on payment of costs and promise of good behavior.
