The Ohio river continues to rise at this point at an inch per hour, with the river registering 45 feet. A 48-foot stage is expected, but the danger line will not be reached. A number of tow boats are wind bound here. The Scioto is on a rampage and running out at a fearful rate. Much colder weather prevails and this alone will save a flood.
