Columbus Ohio, Sept. 2-(AP)

Edawrd J. Hudson, Wheelersburg, Scioto-co, today asked the state supreme court to review his suit against the board of education of the Wheelersburg district and J. Loren Robinson, Portsmouth, involving contracts for the erection of a gymnasium to the Wheelersburg school and three other small buildings.

Huson contends the board of education is about to award the contracts to Robinson upon his bid of $41,500 notwithstanding the bid of F.J. Lollow was lower.

The court of appelas ruled against Hudson, holding that Lollow was not a responsible contractor inasmuch as several buildings constructed by him were not up to specifications.
