University Degree to Be Given 20 Years Late

COLUMBUS, June 8. -(INS)- 
More than 20 years ago, James A. McKee, then of Portsmouth, was a student in the college of agriculture at Ohio State university.  A technicality held up his degree.
            By special action of the faculty, McKee will recievethe degree of bachelor of science in agriculture as of the class of 1909 today at the annual commencement.  McKee is now engaged in agricultural extension work in Vermont.
