Mrs. Leona Wise Felsted has accepted the position of dean of women n the Illinois Wesleyan University at Bloomington.

Mrs. Felsted is a graduate of Leipsic High School and Ohio State University. She taught in the local high school for eight years and has been dean of women at Portsmouth, O., for five years.
