Traffic Mishap Is Fatal to Contractor - Portsmouth
Funeral arrangements were made today for Everett Black, 55, Sciotoville, contractor who died in Mercy Hospital here late yesterday.Black died from a skull fracture suffered Sunday night when struck by a car as he walked across a street in Sciotoville. The driver of the car, George Bender, Swauger Valley was absolved by police.
