Wife Had New Babe and Her Credit Was Cut Off at Grocery
After her husband had deserted her seven times in as many cities, he ran off with the hired girl leaving her in bed with her new born babe, and the credit at the grocery store spiked.
Such is the contents of a divorce petition filed by Margaret Giesler against her husband, Antone, whom she married in Portsmouth, O., November 6, 1894.
She also alleges that he has been absent for the past three years and that it would be a blessing if the court would grant her a separation from the man.
