Couple Killed by Car on Bridge

Portsmouth, O., May 25 -

The woman who with Clyde C. Morris, 42, was instantly killed by an interurban car last night was identified this morning as Mrs. Bessie Smith Dixon, 21, of New Boston, Portsmouth suburb, police announced.

The couple were walking on a bridge of the Public Service Company interurban line at Sciotoville, about six miles from Portsmouth when the Portsmouth-Wheelersburg car struck them.  They were killed instantly.  Morris was proprietor of a taxi line.
