Portsmouth, O., June 27 -

An automobile owned by Clay Beadle, steel worker, was stolen.  Then things happened.

Police said John and Clarence Anderson living in Bonser's run, stole the machine, put it in Dick Maynard's garage near Lyra, O., took off the four tires and traded them to William Reynolds of Lyra for five gallons of corn liquor.

The Andersons were arrested for stealing an automobile, Maynard for having received stolen goods and Reynolds for transporting whiskey.
