Irvin Drew Co. Must Pay Richard Uhl

Refusing to review an appeal of the Irvin Drew Co., of Portsmouth, the court held it must pay Richard Uhl, 13, $18,000 for burns suffered when a can of polish he found on a dump behind the company's shoe factory exploded.
