Railroad Agent Arrested

Portsmouth, Ohio Jan. 12----Frank Kehrer, who has been agent of the Norfolk & Western railroad and its predecessors for 20 years at Sciotoville was arrested on a harge of embezzlement. It is claimed that Kehrer's alleged crookedness is in connection with switching charges with the Baltimore & Ohio Southwestern railroad, and mounts well up in the hundreds.
