Wilbur Wright Very Ill

The condition of Wilbur Wright, the aeroplane manufacturer, who is ill from typhoid fever, is little improved, according to the statement of his physician at noon. He had a restless night and his temperature still remains at 104.
Wright's Funeral Plans are Made

Dayton, Ohio, May 31
All industry in Dayton will be halted for three minutes beginning at 3:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon out of respect to the memory of Wilbur Wright. The body of the inventor will lie in state from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. and the public funeral will take place at 3 o'clock.
Orville Wright said tonight the death of his brother was a serious blow to the Wrights' business and while he had given little thought to the new factory here in the past two weeks, he said he could not see how the place of president of the company could be filled.
Wilbur's body finally will rest beside that of his mother in an inconspicuous part of Woodland cemetery here, and the place will be marked by only a simple monument.
Dayton Pays Honor to Wilbur Wright

Dayton, Ohio, June 1 -
The body of Wilbur Wright was interred in Woodland cemetery here with simple ceremonies this afternoon. The body was viewed by 25,000 persons as it lay in state from 10 to 1 o'clock.
The funeral was conducted from the First Presbyterian church, though the decedent had been reared in the United Breathern faith. He had no church affiliation at the time of his death. Only members of the family and a number of friends of long standing went to the cemetery, the family desiring that the ceremony there be private.
During church services all industry was stopped in Dayton for periods varying from three minutes to half an hour. Street car and telephone service was discontinued for three minutes, beginning at 3:30, while shops and stores closed from 3:30 to 4 o'clock.
