To: Minford Parents of students who are picked up from school

Subject: Change in grades 4-5 pickup after school

Beginning on Tuesday, September 8, 2009, students who ride home will be picked up at the Primary rider pickup located next to the Minford Primary gym at 3:10pm. This will allow parents who have students in both buildings the luxury of picking up their children at one spot. This will also cut down on the traffic congestion on the middle school side with school busses.

By allowing students to leave at 3:10 pm, we hope to get the rider traffic out and on their way before our school busses are loaded. Thank you for your cooperation on this matter.
