Minford Middle School’s guidance counselor is Mrs. Debbie Allen.  Mrs. Allen has been the counselor at Minford Middle School for 8 years.  She is a Minford High School graduate from the class of 1971.  Prior to taking the guidance position, she taught third grade for 6 years at Portsmouth West Elementary and sixth grade at Minford Middle School for 13 years.
She is married to Minford Elementary School’s principal, Tim Allen.  She has two children, a son, Weston, who is a senior at Minford High School and a daughter, Andrea, a Wright State University graduate.  Andrea is married to Patrick Murphy.  They Live in Grove City and she teaches the 4th grade at Glenndenning Elementry.  Mrs. Allen is proud to be a MINFORD FALCON!!!

An honor's breakfast was served on Monday, February 12.  Those who were invited were all the students and parents in grades 4-8 who had no disciplinary actions for the first semester.  This included, lunch, and after school detentions, in and out of school suspensions and any bus referrals.  The breakfast was paid for by the principal's fund and was catered by Steve McManus.  This is something that has been done in the past, and hope to have it continue on a yearly basis in February.  Thanks to all the parents and students who attended!
