Scoliosis Screening:
is performed on a yearly basis for
6th, 7th, and 8th graders.
The screening usually takes place in February.
Notices will be sent home with your child when the exact time is set.

 
Measles, Mumps, Ruebella:
-Current 4th, 5th, and 6th graders can be
receiving their 2nd MMR vaccination.
Kindergarten through 3rd, and 7th through 12th
graders have already received their 2nd dose.
If your child receives their immunization, please make a copy of the
updated record and send it in to me so I can update my files at school.

 

Vision & Hearing:
Screenings are performed throughout the year.
Grades included are as follows:
Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, 5th,
7th (vision only), and 9th.
If your child fails a hearing and/or vision test, a referral letter will be sent home in the mail.
