We, the Juniors of Minford High,
To 'make the best better' sincerely try;
This is is the motto we chose last fall
It far surpasses Seniors' Freshies' and all.

We've begun this race in high school life,
With fourteen members on our roll.
We hope to say that thur this strife
Each one will reach their final goal.

Seven athletes, we're proud to boast,
Some day their fame may reach from coast to coast.
In musical things we far surpass
With four musicians from our class.

Here's a line to each classmate dear.
Let's have your attention so you may hear.
When I've finished I'll have given you
A thought for each which is partially true.

Lillian is a jolly and a thoughtful lass,
And therefore is like by all her class.
She is tall, slender and full of glee
But is always busy as a little bee.

Next in line comes Theora P.
A foreign missionary she hopes to be.
It is also said that she thinks early and late
Of a charming young fellow from another state.

Floyd is dressy and very popular you see,
An English teacher he hopes to be.
Then he can think of days gone by
When he had experience in Minford Hi.

Nellie is the smallest one in our class,
But she doesn't take anyone's "sass."
Opal, our classmate, with rosy cheeks,
Is always talking about her sheik.

Hulda' ability as an athlete has been seen,
When she appeared on our basketball team.
All of Marie's time as everyone knows,
Has been spent in powdering her nose.

Here is to Otis, the comic of all,
A Shakespeare he will be before next fall.
Russel visits all waters of note,
But 'tis said at Poole's, more time he devotes.

Eldon as a farmer will be very fine,
Because only a few words will he have to define.
Ulrich has one of these Radio fads,
But in spite of this he isn't very bad.

For Lowell we have much in store,
Someday to win fame as an orator,
And with his ability to plead for the right,
Also a new lawyer we have in sight.

Here's to Avanelle, who in the poultry line,
Raises chickens and geese that are very fine.
And there's to Launa whose last name is Parks,
Who at doing all things is one of the sharks.

Here's to the gold and silver-gray
For higher things we're on our way.
Come, Juniors, let's give a cheer,
To the Seniors of the coming year.

Juniors Rah!  Juniors Rah!  Rah!  Rah!  Juniors!
