WRITING
Family and Consumer Science offers many, many opportunities for students to hone their writing skills.
1. Personal Development students, as
well as Life Planning students, have the opportunity to write entries
in a journal. These journal entries are to be in essay form and cover
a variety of topics.
2. These same students have assignments
in which they are given a topic and have to write a story about that topic.
3. Students are also given the opportunity
to write skits.
Our students are given the opportunity to practice their
writing in a variety of writing styles.
