		Minford Middle School Minford History Harrisonville

Minford was first named Harrisonville because William Henry Harrision was a frequent visitor
of the Bennett family before he became president. Harrison Township was named for him.

Notice that the railroad and State Routes 335 and 139 have not been built. High Street was the main road.
